CHECKRIDE
A study app that remembers what you forget.
Developed by me under Lithobrake Studios.
Checkride is a study app built around spaced repetition. You answer a question, rate how hard it was, and the app works out when you should see it again. What you know fades into the background, and what you don’t keeps coming back.
Every answer comes with an explanation taken from the course material. If that’s not enough, you can ask the AI a follow-up question. It shows its sources and marks anything that’s general knowledge. You can also connect your own AI assistant, like Claude or ChatGPT, to your progress.
It’s built for a professional training course and has been in use by a small study group since October 2026. What you see here is a demo course, Aviation Basics.
On this project, I did pretty much everything: product design, the UX/UI and the design system in Figma (dark and light), plus development, deploys and content.
